About Product

1. Can the lamp be dimmable?

  • If the lamp uses bulbs such as E27, E14, G9, etc., you can choose a dimmable bulb, and it will work with your dimming system. If you don’t have a dimmable system, please contact us, and we can customize the lamp for you.

  • For lamps with built-in LED chips, the light source cannot be changed. We generally offer warm light, cool light, and dimmable versions. If no dimmable option is available on the product page, please contact us.

We can make all lamps dimmable. Don’t hesitate to inquire if you need this option.

2. Can I have a longer cable?

We provide a 150cm cable for most lamps. If you need a longer cable (up to 800cm), please note this when placing your order, and we will extend the cable at no additional cost.

1. Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. You can select your shipping destination at the cart page of our website. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us at care@malanelighting.ae.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?

Absolutely! You can cancel your order within two days of placing it for a full refund. If you'd like to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

About Logistics

1. When will the item be shipped?

We generally process and ship orders within 14 business days after receiving them. If there are any delays, we will notify you via email.

2. When will I receive my item?

We offer various shipping methods with different processing and delivery times.

3. What shipping methods do you offer?

We use EMS, DHL, 4PX, UPS, and FedEx for shipping. These methods offer different delivery times and options.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code. Enter it at 17track.net to monitor your package.

About Customs

1. Are duties included in the order total?

Our lamps are sold excluding VAT, import taxes, and/or duties. If your order exceeds 60cm in length, there may be a 5% chance of additional tariffs. If customs duties apply, we will cover 20% of the cost.

2. Do you assist with import procedures?

While we can provide general guidance, we recommend contacting your local post office or customs office for specific customs clearance information.

About Return & Exchange

1. Can I return the item for a refund if I don’t like it?

Yes! You can request a return within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is unused, in its original box, and in resalable condition (excluding customized products, bulbs, or large orders of the same item).

2. What if I receive a damaged item?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at care@malanelighting.ae within 48 hours of delivery, and include clear photos or videos of the damage.

If the damage is minor (like a broken glass or dented shade), we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. If you wish to return the item, shipping costs are your responsibility, and the refund will exclude any express shipping fees.

3. What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at care@malanelighting.ae within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will assist you with the exchange or return process.

4. When will I receive my refund? Where will the refund be processed?

Once we receive your return, we will confirm the refund within 2 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit card refunds take 3-5 business days.

  • PayPal refunds take 2-3 business days.
