Our Return Policy

At Malane Lighting, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Return Window

You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all components included.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at care@malanelighting.ae with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our warehouse.

Return Shipping Costs

• Defective or damaged items: We cover the full return shipping cost.
• Change of mind / incorrect order: Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or bespoke lighting orders
• Items damaged due to improper installation
• Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
